V3Connect is a data output system for PHDwin V3. The core of the system is a set of SQL stored procedures that work in PHDwin 3.1.10 or greater and that can be used to provide output data to various systems. The provided implementation allows Microsoft Excel to connect directly to saved PHDwin report runs that are stored in the Microsoft SQL Server Dataset.
The version of V3 Connect associated with this PHDwin release is the V3 Connect Version 3.1.11. Be sure to use the spreadsheets for this version for it to work correctly with this release of PHDwin V3.
Note the following:
•V3 Connect is only used to output data, and any changes made in software tied to V3 Connect (i.e. Excel) will not be reflected in the program without saving off the data and importing it via CSV.
•The Data definitions for each spreadsheet column header can be found on the V3 connect page and under Report Tables report parameter definition section in this help file.
•It cannot work with PHDwin V2 or any other software system.
