There are several specially created formulas that are available in PHDwin. All of the formulas listed below have a special purpose or function. These formula names should not be used except for the purposes below.
Net Multipliers
Net multipliers are used to adjust the net values of a certain item by the multiplier that is specified. This will be in addition to the regular working or revenue interest used to find the "net" values.
Formula Name
Description/purpose
CapexNetMult
Used to adjust the capex/investments for the case by a certain factor/multiplier. The factor is specified in the formula.
CoWiNetMult
Used to adjust the net(working interest) volumes for all products on the case by a certain factor/multiplier. The factor is specified in the formula.
GasNetMult
Used to adjust the net(revenue interest) gas volumes for the case by a certain factor/multiplier. The factor is specified in the formula.
GasRevNetMult
Used to adjust the net gas revenue for the case by a certain factor/multiplier. The factor is specified in the formula.
OilNetMult
Used to adjust the net(revenue interest) oil volumes for all products on the case by a certain factor/multiplier. The factor is specified in the formula.
OilRevNetMult
Used to adjust the net oil revenue for the case by a certain factor/multiplier. The factor is specified in the formula.
OpexNetMult
Used to adjust the net opex(fixed costs, well costs, op costs, trans costs, other costs) for the case by a certain factor/multiplier. The factor is specified in the formula.
OtherNetMult
Used to adjust the net(revenue interest) volumes for all products that do not have a net multiplier specified for them. The factor is specified in the formula.
RevNetMult
Used to adjust the net revenue for the case by a certain factor/multiplier. The factor is specified in the formula. If an oil or gas revenue net multiplier also exists, the product specific one will take precedence.
TaxNetMult
Used to adjust the net taxes(any stream categorized as tax) for the case by a certain factor/multiplier. The factor is specified in the formula.
So, if a user creates a formula for GasNetMult, the program will determine the net gas volumes by calculating - Gross Gas volumes*RI*GasNetMult.
Note: These are just the default formulas that are listed. You can use any product name and create a net multiplier for it. For example, to net down the NGL volumes for a case using cash formulas, create a formula named "NGLNetMult".

EcoCashFlow
This formula can be used to overwrite the default Economic Limit calculation in PHDwin. It will typically be used on a unit case to determine the group economic limit(GEL). The program will find the date of the maximum cumulative value of the formula that you write.
Some sample formulas might be:
•LseNRI * All[Rev, Child] - All[Costs, Child] - TotalStateTaxes[Child]
•LseNRI * All[Rev, Child] - All[Costs, Child] - TotalStateTaxes[Child] - All[Inv, Child]
